As a platinum member I am frustrated with 2014 and have reverted to 2013. I have installed it twice and run the registry cleaner and after a reboot had the same problem, Clipmate and Hypersnap which are programmed to run minimised after a reboot but they now start with a screen on the desktop, I made sure all the startup preferences were ticked and booted again, same result. I tried a restore but it made no difference I had to restore an image I made the day before.
I cannot vouch for which other programmes are affected because I uninstalled after that. A fix would be nice.
