Software Uninstaller Never Finishes

I recently PAID to upgrade to jv16 PowerTools 2014 and the software uninstaller never finishes. I ran it several times and at one point I let it run for over an hour. It never got past about 1/10th of the way through the progress bar. WTF? : :? :

I mean, you bombarded everyone with your purported 20% increase in system speeds, I have yet another email just today, but your testing for this version was WOEFULLY inadequate. I have been a loyal user of this product for YEARS and this is by far the worst release yet.

Can I get my money back?

For some reason the Software Uninstaller doesn't work with the systems of some users. I would really like to see this issue fixed but so far I have not been able to reproduce the issue.

Yea. I have the same problem with the software uninstaller.

I was hoping the upgrade to 2014 would solve the problem but no....

If I close the software uninstaller its still runs in the background taking up 20% of the processor.

What to do?
