I am facing the same problems as Houdini I opened several tickets as advised by the Macecraft error message, if I tried to download with the licence tool the licence number. I described in details the issue, that the licence file is corrupt and will not accepted by the program. I have not received an answer, nor have I received any support or help (although I have bought the VIP package!). Today I have received a blank email only with the header "we have cancelled your order."
What went wrong?
What is Macecraft's support and customer policy?
Do I receive a refund of my paid order?
How can I recommend such a product?
(Information at the top of this Forum does not help at all as I have exactly acted according to that process.)
