From the number of negative posts I've seen here, it's starting to look like Macecraft is at least experiencing serious difficulties with the 2013 version of its software and perhaps the company has already gone bust, judging from its lack of response to user complaints about bugs in the software.
I submitted a bug report about version 3.0.0.1267 (if you change the location of the Backups folder from the default the software cannot find, and therefore cannot restore, any backups you make) on 16 July 2013. I got an initial response from Veera Peltonen the same day asking for clarification of 3 points, which I supplied on 17 July 2013. Since then I have heard nothing further from Veera, or anyone else in Macecraft, despite repeated follow up requests for a response and further assistance.
