I have both JV2012 and JV2013 installed but in different folders.

Using “Clean and fix my computer” or “Registry Cleaner” I’ve noticed that when using JV2012 it shows the registry item being fixed at the bottom of the screen. However, using the same on JV2013 the bottom part of the screen remains vacant with no indication that the software is doing anything, eventually I get the message that the item are fixed or removed.

I’ve checked that the settings are the same in both versions.

When I first received notification about the new 2013 version it mentioned the speed improvement of the new version – I personally can’t see any speed improvement, if anything the old version seems faster.

My question is; Is it normal for JV2013 not to show the fixing activity at the bottom of the screen as it did in JV2012?

Did you check "show extended information" in settings?

Yes, that item is ticked. Are you using JV2013, and if so do you see any activity show at the bottom of the screen?

Yes, using W7-SP1-x64 with jv16PT2013 3.0.0.1267 during the fix/delete process every item is very shortly displayed at the bottom of the screen.

Did you consider a clean reinstall?

Just to be sure that we are talking about the same thing - when the fixing process is under way do you see the item being fixed? Or is it blank until the fixing is finished then shows that the fixing is finished?

I'll reinstall to-morrow. Thanks for your assistance.
