lchilton I just downloaded jv16 PowerTools 2013 and ran the "Decrap My Computer" in automatic mode -- my bad for running in auto mode. This removed multiple essential programs that I would now like to restore, and the system asked me to set a restore point before it ran. How do I find that restore point, and how do I run it? Thanks!
redseujac Have a look in the Backup tool. Select a backup and click on Restore. My advice: it's always risky to run a tool in automatic or full automatic mode :

To find them on my W7 system, I do Start-->Control Panel-->Recovery-->... "...and how do I run it?" After the Recovery window comes up, follow the instructions. They are reasonably intuitive.
