I know this has been an ongoing issue for years, but I've never experienced it to this degree before. I just completed my first registry clean with PT13. Aside from being surprised by the relatively large number of errors the program found (presumably because of the updated registry scanning engine), I was surprised that the program accessed my floppy (A:\) drive during the entire cleanup phase (which, on my old machine, took a little while!). With all prior versions of PT, I've noticed a bit of intermittent floppy drive access, but this is the first time it ran, with the read/write head clicking, during the complete cleanup process. It didn't hurt anything (in fact, this is the most my floppy drive has even moved in years!), but I don't understand why it happens.
Just thought I'd let you know.
PT13 is looking very nice. Can't wait to start playing with the various tools. Good job!
