Strange, because I was able to install the French language file (created by a certain Emile Morvant - last updated 21/03/2013).
In attachment goes that zipped French language file. After unzipping put it in the folder Languages of the jv16 PowerTools 2013 program.
Jepe stopped maintaining the French translation, because Macecraft allowed someone else doing the job.
Shame on Macecraft for dropping such a deserving member as Jepe.
