I tried and purchased RegSupreme, part of the current JV16 Power Tools group, and when I first run it I got 76 items that EasyCleaner did not get. So I selected them and it deleted some and "fixed" others. Ran it again, and it "found" 37 more items and fixed or deleted them. On the 3rd run it found 12 items (see list below). If I tell it to fix those 12 items, it says it has done it, but if I immediately run it again, the same 12 items are in there. I could go on "fixing" it indefinitely, and those same items would stay there. Can someone tell me what these are and why they don't stay "fixed".
Now, at one time I had Adaptec/Roxio Easy CD Creator, before switching to Nero on this computer, and it looks to me like that is what these are related to despite that I used the earlier (free) version of JV16 to remove the Adaptec components when I switched to Nero. But if they are "useless empty keys" why do they keep coming back immediately after a run of RegSupreme?

Something else; when I do a "search" with the old free JV16 (ver. 1.3) all it finds is my Adaptec USB hub which is listed in the Device Manager.
But when I open the old RegCleaner 4.1 by Jouni Vuorio, I see under "Adaptec" the following items:

Adaptec Creator API
Adaptec Adaptec Shared
Adaptec Cd4vsd
Adaptec SPG Master Setup
Adaptec Adaptec CD Engine
Now what is all of this, and how does it relate to the USB Hub which turned up in the Device Manager after installing a USB 2.0 PCI card?
