There are some programs to do that. They start with Windows, launching the other programs configured to start with Windows on their own, one after another in a row previously decided, when one concludes, they launch another.
But you know, I tried several of these programs, and the results are quite disappointing. Some of them doesn't bring a great difference in time, and there are others that do quite the opposite, so it's not worth the effort.
