Using W7-x64 with Beta 5 I encountered a similar problem.

Tried to uninstall 5 items (W7 games), the message 'Uninstalled correctly' comes in a split second, but after a W7 reboot the 5 items are still listed again.

Attached is the zipped Debuglog from a clean uninstall run.
