Locks Up after a few minutes and reports the error status screen.
Same thing with the registry cleaner tool. I've tried setting the safety control to max safety and normal with no change.
You have to provide more info:
1. Which jv16 PowerTools 2012 version are you using (e.g. version 2.0.1.1173) and on which Windows OS?
2. What does the 'error status screen' say, what is the error message?
3. If an error occurs, a file called 'bugreport.txt' is created in the jv16PT2012 installation folder.
Please .zip this 'bugreport.txt' file and upload/attach it to this forum thread. (you can not attach a .txt file to this forum)
