I'm just wondering, is jvPT 2013 scheduled this year?

As the text says, it isn't the lite or lite EX, but the actual jv16 PowerTools 2013.

I got rather confused when there suddenly was a batch of 2013 products released, but still no sign of the proper 2013 release.
