For more detailed debug info for jv16, I would suggest to attach to this forum thread a zipped copy of the file Bugreport.txt (located in the jv16PT installation directory).

Follow up to my original message.

I’ve noticed that if I run “Clean and fix my computer” and then run “Registry Cleaner” before closing down JV16 PowerTools 2012, I don’t get the error message I complained about in my original posting.

However, If I run the “Registry Cleaner” first, then straight away run “Clean and fix my computer” I do get the error message.

Note; the error message only appears when starting another programme after closing JV16.
