Just installed jvtools 2012 version. Nice tweaks. Ran Registry compactor. During reboot, it did it's job well, and, in a DOS box, told me how much it was compacting each hive. I can't find a log for it, though. Is there one? I ran the opening screen of the compactor, but I could find nowhere a history summation of how much each hive was compacted. If there isn't one, could we have one please? I would like to know whether it was worth the reboot, and thus gauge how often I should compact the beast. Thanks for a great product.

There is a log.txt file, see attached .jpg screenshot.

In the current compactor implementation the column with 'size after' in the opening window is not very useful because it always shows '', both before and after compaction!
