This should now be fixed. I wasn't able to reproduce the problem but I think I found the bug. Could you please confirm with the next released build?
I do not know if it is still useful for you, but I got another 3 application errors during 'Registry Cleaning'.
1x Unknown error
2x Access Violation error.
The Access Violation seems to be the same that I already fixed for the next build, as for the Unknown, I can't tell since the debug data contains no information about it.
An updated test build should be available later today, lets wait for that to see if the Access Violation issue is now fixed.
