High Cpu Usage

sshot-2.jpgWhenever i use the registry cleaner module,the cpu usage on my laptop jumps to 80% just for JV16PT.exe process : resulting in the cpu temp jumping up considerably too.This never happened with 2011 version.Im running windows 7 64bit.Anyone else seeing high cpu usage ?.Also according to process lasso the jv16pt.exe process is below normal priority class and yet the high cpu usage seems to suggest otherwise.
