No worries! My instructions with the locked thread wasn't clear enough, I can see that now.
Usually the rule of the thumb is to create a new thread, but in a case like this where many users are experiencing the exact same problem, it's easier for everyone to have one thread with all the users reporting in there. This way, for example, when there is something to report on the issue, all I need to do is send one message to the thread, instead of sending the same message to all the individual threads.
