Hi,
OK, I have noticed a difference between the trial version
and the registered version.
At least for me,when I opened the trial version,it always
opened with Installed Programs tab already activated.
(The latest registered version does not have this)
So it started scanning right away.That appeared to freeze
the ability to click on anything else untill the scan was finished.Same thing when you update the program's cache,
as the popup panel advises you to do.
Even so,that should only last for a couple of minutes.
While in the Task Manager's panel,look for any other programs
or processes that are running and are using a lot of CPU or
Memory or both.
If that is OK,check in Event Viewer,both in Applications
and System and see if there are any errors shown.
(Administrative Tools > Event Viewer)
Give it a try and see what you find.
