It did not create such a file. There is one in my jv16 2011 directory but it is old.

It does create the debug file but not the .txt file. I previously sent you (in a bug report) that debug file.

What version of PowerTools are you running?

OK, I ran it again and this time it did make the .txt file which is attached.

(jv 16 2012 .1141

Perhaps the next update will fix our problems :|

Thank you very much for this! I have now located the issue and I'm 95% sure the problem is now fixed. Can you please check the next version and report back if the problem has been fixed? Thanks!

This problem is not fixed in version .1153.

There is a SLIGHT difference though. It runs for just over 90 seconds and then stops at what appears to be the same place (when it is analyzing the data it collected). This time though it seems to be still running but actually is not. It no longer says that it is "not responding). (The clock-like litlle dotted circle keeps rotating, but never does anything and the overall progress bar stops advancing.

Does it generate the BugReport.txt file for the problem? If it does, can you zip it and send here?

I just replaced my motherboard and CPU and memory. And, now there is no problem in running it.

So, the problem was not with your software at all. I have no idea what the specific cause of the problem was.

Thanks for your help.
