After program update, it went more than four times, but still no license so I submitted a ticket and, four hours later, I had my license!

I have edited this post and apologise to all for my error.

I found out that that my Vipre Internet Security was quarantining email message contents.

It appears that the url "http://api.elasticemail.com/tracking/open?msgid= xxxxxxxx" was being blocked.

This resulted in an email with no contents, nothing at all after the subject line.

This has been reported to Vipre as a false positive.

It must be down to the email system Macecraft use as it does not occur with any other email.

Perhaps other Security programs suffer as well (a possible answer to no confirmation, no license issues).

CONFIRMED: Reason for no mail content (Vipre AV & Vipre IS).

I found the problem. The domain involved was elasticemail(dot)com.

This should be fixed in a forthcoming definitions update.

For the record, I purchased the update on April 24, 2012. It has been almost 1 month since I did that, and I've still haven't even gotten, much less received a license for the software. I can't access the Live support because I have a trial license on my PC. Is there anyone that I can contact that can resolve my situation??

EDIT: I also haven't received any confirmation for my purchase, but my Bank statement took out the $$ and sent the money to you. Please respond.
