Some news:

We are about to release an updated version of PowerTools later today. The new version allows users to directly download their license from the program. So if you have bought a license but for any reason haven't received it yet, you will be able to use the new version of PowerTools to download your license.

This should solve the problem of too long wait times with the tickets. At the moment the ticket answer times are again over 24 hours due to weekend and even more tickets.

The new version has now been released. If you have made an order but haven't yet received your license, please use the "Download my license" feature available under the Help menu of the new version.

All the customers who have bought jv16 PowerTools 2012 have been today sent (resent) their license file download links via email.

The email was sent from: "info@macecraft.com" with a subject line of "Your license for jv16 PowerTools 2012 (resend)"

My story echos the posts above. I have been using jv16 for maybe 10 years, and now a simple upgrade for $5.95 stops me dead. I checked my visa account at my bank and found the $5.95 posted within a half hour of sale.

Actually, all I can see is one ticket created by you, and it has been answered with the license file download link. The ticket was answered within 24 hours.

Bought the 2012 upgrade a couple of hours ago.... no email and newest 2012 will not Download License, Is the system still behind? Submitted ticket.......just curious.

What does the Download My License feature say? What error message does it give?
