I did an upgrade to 2012 and as hadn't had anything back used the link to notify Macecraft. It didn't accept my e-mail. I have had the appeal e-mails, and the last few upgrades were on my current address. But I had no notification of the new version. Has my address been lost? How do I get it back and my upgrade?
UPDATE
The notification e-mail has turned up but nothing in response to my upgrade payment. So why my e-mail address was rejected I have no idea and where the upgrade has got to? :
