immo wroteredseujac wroteWhat did you do exactly.
Please give some more details about the steps you followed.
Moreover, did you let the program make backups?
I understand that you speak Dutch so therefore I will continue in the Dutch language

I do speak Dutch, but it's not recommended to post in the Dutch language because many other members who might help resolve your problem do not understand this language. So, I recommend to continue in English, especially because it's a general rule at this forum for ALL members to use the English language. There's only one exception: the translation section.
You say that you cleaned the register and files, you ran Clean and Fix my Computer, Speed up my computer and System optimizer. You let the program make backups. After those action, your pc runs smoother and you have a registry and pc health of 100%, but at every system reboot Windows Explorer is opened. You suppose that this phenomenon is part of tweaking the pc.
Well in my opinion it's not! Opening Windows Explorer at every system reboot is not normal and is certainly not part of tweaking a computer. Something went wrong executing all those actions you mentioned.
I suggest to restore the backups, one after another and to look if the phenomenon disappears, unless you doesn't bother about Windows Explorer opening at each reboot. If that is the case, then simply do nothing at all.
