I purchased the product on 10/14 with a charge to my Visa. I was offered the product for $19.85 as a previous user, but my bill was $23.95. I have never received confirmation of this purchase, nor a new verification code, so the software is running on a limited trial basis. I have tried to use the chat, but it always switches me to email. i have sent several emails and received no answer. what next???
