Also, please check and fix the problems of system optimizer and history cleaner (these functions can't work when the language of non-Unicode programs is Japanese).

I don't know whether these problems have some relation or not, but these problems have occurred in the all builds of jv16 when they are used in win 7.

Both issues - not confirmed on Czech OS, Vista SP2 (Czech language has also special Unicode characters).

1. Do you restart computer after using System Optimizer?

2. History Cleaner works properly.

3. The Debug Log, please...

Here are a debug log and screen shots of System Optimizer and History Cleaner.

As you say, these problems didn't occur on Vista and on XP in the same language setting.

These problems occur on Win7.
