JV16 "Hangs"

When I run JV16 power tools 2011 "clean and fix my computer", it seems to be going fine but it never stops. It just keeps going and going and going! I left it all night and it had not stopped in the morning, so I had to abort it! I tried several times with the same result. Any suggestions?

1.Several users have reported issues like yours running CFMC stopping/freezing during the 'Fix' of the scanned errors.

2.All have to do with empty (temp)files that are protected beyond the authorization scope of jv16PT.

3.Mostly it concerns empty (temp)files owned by Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware software.

4.CFMC should skip these empty files, based on the default 'Additional safety' settings, but right now CFMC does not do so.
