1-- Using Software Uninstaller feature for first time. Software Uninstaller finds ZERO registry entries. Searched Registry and the program has hundreds of registry entries in the program name.
Why does it not find any registry entries?
2-- downloaded and installed the latest update.
3-- still no registry entries found.
4-- After clicking uninstall the final time, the clockhand has been swirling searching for data for 10 minutes, the progress bar window remains blank.... no progress.
What might be causing SU to not perform as intended?
