I have tried unsuccessfully,(4 times) over the last 10 days to get a reply from Macecraft, not even an acknowledgement, I am beginning to wonder if you have gone out of business.

How exactly have you contacted us? I can't seem to find any messages left to our Ticket System by you.

I have asked questions through your website and also by way of the jv16 program, all to no avail.

Now Tuesday 15th March, have tried leaving a message on the chat line again!!! also no reply.

Thought for a moment I : was going to chat with someone, but then it just went dead and said no one was available

I have to admit to the same problem here.


Trying on line contact and e-nails have gone unanswered - the one response I got was, apparently an auto response that did not address the question.


Too bad, was a great product and company to deal with.

You are not the only one having the email problem.

I mailed several times, but got no answers.

I had Life chat with Andrew, he promised to send to send me A NEW registration link.

Nothing was received


Is this a company we can trust, are they only looking 4 money, or are they really customer friendly?

If you take the trouble to browse a little through this forum than you should be able to conclude for yourself that indeed this is a company to be trusted.

Almost all these problems are due to emails filtered out by spam filters along the communication line.

There are no reply to emails because we stopped using email a few years ago.


This is because many email messages are lost in spam filters nowdays. Instead, we use a Ticket System.
