Handbook issue: no page numbers

The new Handbook (PowerTools 2011) has no page numbers :(

That's very unpractical and this issue should be fixed asap.

If you view the handbook using Adobe Reader the page numbers are shown on the left hand side under "Page Thumbnails".

I know, but the page numbers should be shown at the pages themselves for being practical. I never use those page thumbnails.

I DO use the bookmarks tool with (table of) contents, so I can jump immediately to the topic I need.

Anyhow the pages of the manual should be numbered.
