I know that the site has heavy traffic but would that hinder the issue of the registration email containing my new key? I don't even know that my payment was received.
Same here, I ordered with PayPal last evening. It was more than 12 hours ago. Their live chat went offline and they have not answered my support requests. If they are having major technical problems, then they should at least have the courtesy to admit it, but when they go silent, that is bad news and reflects on them as a company. There is no excuse for being silent about it.
....No news here either,- concer. license.xbin. Guess the reason must be, that Denmark is to far away (server). Anyway I won't pay for a taxi,-to deliver.
Ok, I'll say it for them: "Attention upgrade customers: We are experiencing technical difficulties with our new licensing. Please bear with us while we correct the problem. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused".
