File Tool - Tools order in translated versions

I'v' noticed that the tools order (both of the icons at the top of the File Tool window and in the "More Functions" menu) remains in the alphabetical order of the English names also in the translated versions of the PowerTools.

That's not very practical for the users working with those translated versions.

The tools should be in the local alphabetical order, i.e. of the language of the translated version, both for the icons at the top and the More Functions menu.

Now it's rather messy.

I remember I made the same remark for some previous version of the PowerTools and that the developer has fixed it.

Sorry for the delay, I have been trying to remember this issue. I remember I fixed this once but I had to undo the fix because it caused a problem of some sort.

But from the usability stand point I fully agree with you, the menu items should be sorted with the language the user has, not based on the English captions. However, this gets tricky because of the support of changing the translation on-the-fly.

Never mind. There was indeed a problem when arranging the icons alphabetically.

I have found now that I asked to undo that alphabetical order. Look at the posts below the following one:
