This issue is now fixed, thank you for reporting!
The fix includes two parts: in the Safest and in the Default scan modes the Registry Cleaner will, starting with the next build, ignore all data that looks like a contacts list. This generic filter also detects the data of Win7 Live Mail.
The second fix is specific to Win7 Live Mail's contacts, and it applies also to the aggressive and most aggressive scan modes.
The fixes in question will be included to the next released build, that will be released later in this week.
