Jv16PT-964 was released to (temporarily) circumvent a problem with certain AV's preventing jv16PT-963 to even install! I am very sorry to hear that in your case 964 is unstable on Win XP, Win 2003 and W7. Fortunately this is not true for most other users (including me), that's why the developer needs your Debug info!

Yes this 'slider bug' seems to be a rare occuring bug, but to solve these the developer needs the Debug info because he cannot reproduce these bugs! And if we all hope someone else wil sent the Debug info we can wait for a long time before these bugs are fixed. I participated in the jv16PT-2010 beta project that lasted a few months. I experienced many different kind crashes of jv16PT-2010. But a crash itself never hurt my XP-Pro-SP3 systems.

Hi!

I now deinstalled B963 and erased all remains of B964. Then I tried to install B964, but the told error message prevents me to install the program:

The installer only creates the jv16 program directory and the Uninstall directory. But no files are stored inside. Therfore in the moment I cannot use jv16 PowerTools. How can I solve the problem?

Where can I download B963, the latest version that was working at me?

This is correct, you can download any previous version from our server, they are all stored in the same way:

Actual B986: Still the same problem, the same error message pops up.

Additional info: I'm always logged in on my system as admin.
