It has been a known issue that the Software Uninstaller of jv16 PowerTools would need a lot of extra work to bring it up to the level of quality we would wish to give our users.
Therefore, we have been working on fully rewriting the entire Software Uninstaller feature and this thread focuses on this development work.

It's a simple demo program that lists all the software found to be installed to your system. The program doesn't need any installation, you can just download and run it. When you are done, just delete the executable, no other uninstallation is needed.
If you want to help us, download the program and let us know (by writing to this thread) if the program misses something, if it analyzes something wrong etc. The Uninstall button only shows what it would do, that is, it doesn't actually uninstall anything to allow you to test things with it.
- if there is a crash, please include the file "bugreport.txt" in your report.
- if there is an issue with the scan results please use the program's "Save List and Data" button and include the saved file "applister-save.txt" in your report.
