The program is not listed under the Add/Remove Software feature if you have unchecked "Add to Add/Remove Software" option when you installed the software. The option is enabled by default.

That's correct and it sucks. This is, I'm afraid, a feature or limitation of the installation system we use. We have addressed this issue for the next released build by automatically generating an Uninstall shortcut to the installation directory of the program that executes the Uninstall.exe with the correct parameters.
If you wish to uninstall jv16 PowerTools, you can just delete its installation directory (e.g. C:\Program Files\jv16 PowerTools 2010).
