Column Widths

Is there anyway I can change the column widths? I have looked in settings and didn't see anything about it. I have clicked on the columns and didn't see anything about changing the widths. The column widths are less that an inch wide. Not much room to decide on what I want to do. :( I use Windows Vista and using jv16 PowerTools 2010.

Does this happen with a specific tool or with all tools? Have you tried simply to resize the columns?
