Here's a feature suggestion to jv16: have a tool which specifically, cleanly, eradicates all traces of Norton & Symantec products from a PC. I have never seen a for-$ product do more harm to the computing experience than Norton.
We have been, in fact, thinking about an extension to the Software Uninstaller that would basically contain a custom uninstallation routine for a few common programs that are notoriously difficult to uninstall.
