On "Speed Up My Computer" screen and all other window with toggle options, can you add an option to restore default Windows value or/and if possible show after option title a simple description line like example bellow:
Disable NTFS Last Accessed stamp (default is enabled)
This simple usability option will encourage myself to test the options. My fear is to do changes and times later not to like and not to remind the standard values to restore.

ps: I spent 15 minutes on register board page just to create a password that follows the admin criteria. At the end my password is ugly, not secure like my usual pass and hard to remember again. I'm in love with jv16 software, but snorting for that pastime with a simple password.
