Using just jv16's release notes and my testing log, so far in the Betas, 248 issues and improvements have been confirmed to be OK as of now.
Below is a simple list of the 56 pre-Beta 4 issues I have confirmed to be still present in Beta 4.
The 28 new issues I have seen in Beta 4 are listed at the end of this post: http://www.macecraft.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?p=22538#p22538
If you need more information on how to reproduce any of those 84 issues, let me know.

Most of these can be reproduced on an x64 system. Many, perhaps as many as half, also can occur on an x86 system.
3. Live support tool: the Abort button stays red (the other two buttons do turn to green after click). 1 686 x64 w7 1 |...| (???)
10. Filter Panel can sometimes pop up outside of the list control. 2 686 x64 w7 1 |...| (???)
11. File Tool's Move to Recycle bin feature results in a "Failed to access" error message every time 3 686 x64 w7 1 |...| (???)
18. The new tool tips are not in use in the list components, except for the columns. 4 686 x64 w7 1 |...| (???)
39. Aborting a registry snapshot creation (with the Registry Monitor tool) can crash the program. Also, the operation can continue to run in the background. 5 686 x64 w7 (??) 1 |...|
40. Aborting Registry Monitor's Compare feature incorrectly shows the "Operation completed, following changes were detected..." message and the actual operation can continue to run in the background. 6 686 x64 w7 (??) 1 |...|
49. Using the mouse wheel or the scroll area of a laptop, it is possible to make the Main Window get stuck in a very long scrolling loop where the category selector on left keeps moving rapidly. 7 686 x64 w7 (???) 1 |...|
55. Sometimes when opening a tool it opens but shows an Access Violation error message. This can also happen when closing a tool. 8 686 x64 w7 (??) 1 |...|
61. Trying to use any random file as a license file via Help > License Tool > Install license makes the program to show an error message about the license file being for an earlier version of PowerTools even as the file is not a valid license file at all. 9 686 x64 w7 (??) 1 |...| N/A
65. It's possible to create a new automated task that doesn't do anything. 10 686 x64 w7 (??) 1 |...|
5. All the program's main features can be now accessed with a command line parameter 11 678 x64 w7 1 |...| 686 x64 w7 (??)
31. System Cleaner now shows an info message when started to let the user know what the tool actually does. 12 644 x64 1 |...| 686 x64 w7
1. License tool: nothing happens when you click “Install a new license.” 13 641 x64 1 |...| 686 x64 w7
12. Startup Manager: create new to HKCU RunOnce works, but the task never shows in the list. 14 644 x64 1 |...| 686 x64 w7
14. Backup tool: when restoring multiple backups at the same time, if some have the same description, some of those do not restore (per the messages). 15 644 x64 1 |...| 686 x64 w7
15. Registry Finder: fails to find the following keys (used for a SafetyNet test): 16 644 x64 1 |...| 686 x64 w7
17. Registry tools such as the Registry Finder can show duplicate data under 64 bit Windows. 17 642 (???) x64 1 |...| 686 x64 w7
18. Software Uninstaller: Custom Uninstall for “Symantec Ccpd-lc” shows empty keys under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Symantec\CCPD-LC, which is not in the registry. The correct key is HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Symantec\CCPD-LC. Note: this is a remnant since Symantec programs were removed using the windows Programs and Features control panel. 18 644 x64 1 |...| 686 x64 w7
19. Software Uninstaller: on my systems, Custom Uninstall for “Netscape Navigator” always makes incorrect identifications under “Files” and “Advanced Settings.” IMO, it would be safer internally to ignore Netscape Navigator items, since the current algorithm associates them with Microsoft Office, Opera, and so forth. 19 644 x64 1 |...| 686 x64 w7
22. File Tool: dragging files from an explorer window does not work. You get the “slashed circle” forbidden symbol. UAC is off. 20 644 x64 1 |...| 686 x64 w7
27. File Encrypter: it seems the feature doesn't show an Abort button or any sort of progress indicator. I was encrypting over 1300 file from the File Tool. 21 644 x64 1 |...| 686 x64 w7
29. File Tools (various): Size and Dates, when preferred columns, often do not fill in until you deselect Size. Then you have to reselect Size to make it show. 22 644 x64 1 |...| 686 x64 w7
32. Delete of a selected item in the Registry Manager "Open with" tab dropped the item from the list but backed up and deleted nothing. 23 632 1 |...| 686 x64 w7
33. When you save a named preference, it saves OK. However, the name shown in the box immediately changes to “Saved preferences ...” – IMO, the just saved name should show instead. 24 642 x64 1 |...| 686 x64 w7
34. When you delete an HKCU item and its HKUS “mirror” with Custom Fix, one of the items stays in the results list. 25 640 1 |...| 678 x64 w7
36. When using the Explore feature, the opening Explorer window could stay behind other windows (second try to fix this) It seems to not work when the CTRL+point+click is at the filename part of the path, but does work at the folder part. 26 641 (??) 1 |...| 686 x64 w7
37. Registry tools including the Registry Cleaner could show a valid registry key in red color coding in the Top Panel. I haven't seen this in Beta 1. However, those tools can show an invalid registry key in green color coding in the Top Panel. 27 642 1 |...| 686 x64 w7
41. Main window statistics says “... fixed 695 registry errors and deleted 51 temp files, 5 files deleted in total.” which is contradictory. It should say, for example, “... fixed 695 registry errors, deleted 51 temp files, and deleted 5 other files.” 28 642 x64 1 |...| 686 x64 w7
43. Startup Manager – Create new: needs to add the various Wow6432Node Run and RunOnce options if the system is x64. 29 644 x64 1 |...| 686 x64 w7
44. Registry Cleaner: this key||name||data, HKLM\Soft\intervideo\wcreator2\ || OnlineUpdateHost || http:\\update.intervideo.com\, causes a sort of "false positive". RC says "File or directory "p:\update" does not exist." The program really ought to ignore addresses intended for browsers. E.g., http:, https:, and so forth. 30 644 x64 1 |...| 686 x64 w7
45. File Recovery Tool: results window shows no action buttons and the Top Panel and status bar are blank. 31 644 x64 1 |...| 686 x64 w7
46. File Recovery Tool: when you select a file, use the right click “Undelete” option, and choose a target directory, nothing happens. 32 644 x64 1 |...| 686 x64 w7
47. Clean and fix my computer: List control-->Remove from list for the MRU and history data group causes a PowerTools hang every time. I'll post a debug log separately. 33 644 x64 1 |...| 686 x64 w7
48. Clean and fix my computer: the Registry junk group contains several “false positives,” or just bugs, for empty keys which exist under a Wow6432Node but show in the GUI as existing in green keys which actually don't exist. 34 644 x64 1 |...| 686 x64 w7
49. Clean and fix my computer: MRU in the Ignore words tab does NOT prevent the MRU and history data group from appearing in the results. 35 644 x64 1 |...| 686 x64 w7
50. Automation Tool: when running tasks from the list, the “Last run” date is not updated in the list until you close and reload the list. 36 644 x64 1 |...| 686 x64 w7

70. Live support tool: the Abort button stays red (the other two buttons turn green). 39 678 x64 w7 1 |...| 686 x64 w7 (???)
72. Settings tool says all fonts are hidden, but they are not. 40 678 x64 w7 1 |...| 686 x64 w7
74. Registry Cleaner: some empty keys which do not exist in the registry are shown in green in the GUI, but the correct key exists under a Wow6432Node. 41 678 x64 w7 1 |...| 686 x64 w7
76. File Tool-->Files-->Add files … does nothing except cause a pop-up to flash up and away too quickly to see what it says. 42 678 x64 w7 1 |...| 686 x64 w7

78. File Tool-->More functions-->Execute does nothing. 44 678 x64 w7 1 |...| 686 x64 w7

84. Registry Find & Replace: every found item is in the list twice. 46 678 x64 w7 1 |...| 686 x64 w7

90. Clean & fix my computer: is not honoring the “Never show” again list. 48 678 x64 w7 1 |...| 686 x64 w7
91. File Recovery: can get an access violation. If the scan is aborted, the violation can occur several minutes later. 49 678 x64 w7 1 |...| 686 x64 w7
92. Desktop shortcuts: History Cleaner (for example) does not use the remembered column widths when started this way. 50 678 x64 w7 1 |...| 686 x64 w7
97. Debug Tool: File Find and Replace results window : Button: Abort – repeated clicking fails to make it green. 51 678 x64 w7 1 |...| 686 x64 w7
106. File Finder: can get an access violation, or hang, if lines are selected, Close is clicked, and the tool is just started again. 52 678 x64 w7 1 |...| 686 x64 w7
108. Custom Restore: has “Open in RegEdit” in the context menu for a file. 53 678 x64 w7 1 |...| 686 x64 w7
