How do I save the results from a duplicate file listing?

I have attempted to save using the "save as" and I get no window allowing me to give the file a name or location.

I am using Win 7 64bit Home Premium OS on a desktop.

This is a known issue between PowerTools and 64 bit version of Vista/Win7, sometimes user can't get the Save As dialog to open. This issue affects all features of PowerTools that uses the Save As feature.

Usually trying the feature many times helps, but not always. I'm afraid that's the best I can say for now, as we haven't had the issue yet fixed from PowerTools 2010 either.
