Power tools can´t fix error

after a registry scan some errors are left:

what type of errors are that?

can i delete the errors?

This happens sometimes when PowerTools cannot remove a registry key or entry, usually because Windows is not allowing that to be removed. It's nothing serious and you can ignore the issue, or if you want, you can try to use RegEdit to remove these items but in such case please be careful.
