Problem announced on Sept 10

I am wondering if the current download version of jv16 PT has a fix of the problem which was announced on Sept 10th.

A fixed version hasn't been released because there is an easy workaround, and PowerTools 2010 is already underway.

I totally agree with Roberta. I will not upgrade to the 2010 version too, because I find that that there were too many bugs in the 2009 version.

On the other hand I can not imagine that the developer will leave users behind with "unfinished" software, and were users should use a

workaround, for a serious software problem(!) That's the world upside down.

I do agree, Jouni, with previous posters.

You can't force a user to upgrade to version 2010 to have a rather serious issue fixed.

In my opinion a fixed version of PT 2009 should best be released.
