Another little neat feature of PowerTools 2010:
When you start a tool with many tabs, such as the File Finder, you need to know what settings are enabled under each tab before you start a scan. With PowerTools 2009 this ment that you needed to browse through each and every tab in order to make sure there were no unwanted settings enabled. This is an issue because the tools, by default, remember the previous search settings you have used.
PowerTools 2010 offers a simple usability improvement to solve this problem:

I just started the File Finder. Notice the little "i" icon over the Search By Attributes tab? (Yeah, I know, the icon is a bit difficult to see at the moment, we are working on that.) That icon means that the settings under Attributes tab are affecting the search.

Clicking the Attributes tab shows that there are some settings enabled, I can uncheck these if I want, but I do not need to go through every tab to make sure every other search parameter is unchecked. This feature also takes into account Ignore Words, if there are any the "i" icon will be shown.
