File Recovery

I've been trying File Recovery for the first time. I get lots of 100% files listed and can recover short files quickly, but :

never a second consecutive file and

(so far) never any large (MB) files.

The recovery panel seems to hang in both these cases.

Also, I've tried some trial deletes which don't show up in the list of recoverable files.

Makes me worry about wiping free space on my hard drive.

I am having the same problem w/ File Recovery...

Files are not being recovered when their size is larger than 1MB, even on the first attempt.

On second attempt, program seams to 'Hang'... Clicking the 'Abort' button on the 'Progress' window apears to do nothing, and restarting the program only returns the same 'Progress' window in the same condition, with nothing completed. The only aparent way to 'Re-Set' the program is to ReStart your computer...?

Additionally, if/when a file is properly recovered, will it be removed from the list?

When attempting to recover multiple files, is it better to UnDelete them one at a time or all of them at once?

Thanks for any help, as I have been trying not to use the computer untill these files can be restored so they are not overwritten.
