Look at this thread.

That issue has already been the object of ample discussions in this forum and has been reported by the developer as fixed for the next program release.

I'm sorry for you guys, but I'm disappointed to see internal problems are more and more numerous in your software. For many weeks now it is impossible to use normally the registry cleaner without meeting internal errors you are admitting, and you're always promising to fix it in an never coming update. I am very disappointed about your program, which has been nevertheless a reference in his domain. What's the matter ? How can we trust you in the future in so a precise matter ?

It is not too late but it's time now ! If I don't see a serious work and review from you, I'm sorry to say I'll uninstall your program without any regret and forgetting it.

Best regards.

It's a simple cosmetic bug that does not cause any harm. Every piece of software has bugs, in our software we have focused our work so no serious bugs occur. We also have a public system (http://www.macecraft.com/bugtracker/) that allows anyone to see the bugs in our software, most of our competitors hide their bugs from the users.

The quality of powertools has been discussed before. (del button no function) It looks like that more users are getting dissatisfied, whether or not a bug is simple. Fact is that users are confronted with a 'bug' and that's very annoying. I do not want to revive this discussion, because it looks like we have to bow for the almighty king : . However when people dislike the king more and more people will leave the country. Moreover a king without people is no king anymore. In that case he is sitting on his throne alone.

If someone wishes to discuss the quality of PowerTools, lets continue that here: http://www.macecraft.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=3734&start=0

I'm closing this because the original question was answered and this thread can only go off-topic from here.
