Regvac makes more deletions after PT Lite is run

My first reg cleaner was JV's early one, and I have always liked his stuff. He must have a good reason for not deleting so many "Typelib" keys and keys named with thirty-two digits which Regvac still wants to delete after PT Lite has been run. I am guessing, and I mean guessing, (a) that such deletions may be unnecessary, or (b) may be harmful in cases where the keys will later become necessary, or (c) some other good reason. Please, educate me. Thanks.

This is probably because PT Lite is designed to be "idiot proof", meaning that (especially with the default settings) it's so focused on safety to make sure it will never delete any false positives, it can sometimes miss real errors.
