The silcence has been deafening because I have been out of the office, I have trusted our customer care staff to take care of this kind of issues but it seems they haven't done it properly.

I have also sent jv16 a pm on this matter after trying for 19 days with chat support and support tickets with no success. Hopefully jv16 can resolve this soon.
