I too have tried a little and Quickly discovered that this is a Macecraft product. I will leave it alone because it still works and Macecraft will repair any discrepencies in a timely manner as usual!!

Once again a product I can trust.

If someone has not received the license they have paid for, or cannot get jv16 PowerTools to accept and additional VIP / Platinum VIP package, please send me a Private Message with your order information (e.g. email address you used with your order(s)) and I will issue you a new license.

The silcence has been deafening because I have been out of the office, I have trusted our customer care staff to take care of this kind of issues but it seems they haven't done it properly.

Perfect! I sent a PM to jv16 mentioning my problems and all is now working properly. Program is labelled on startup and the live support button is now working. (I've never needed support in the past as the program has always worked without any problems for me, but it's nice to know it is there just in case.)

Just a follow up on the previous locked topic. Yes, i did receive help from the staff, but now a new problem that I am awaiting an answer. when I ordered, I got an e mail after saying the order was incomplete (automated response). I tried to go back and complete, but could not. so, I tried again uasing a different e mail. That one went through and all was well, I thought. I then got another e mail saying the first one DID go through, so now I have TWO licesenses and I only need one, but I think my credit card will be charged twice. I have contacted Macecraft and am waiting for a reply. I think it will be resolved, but it just takes time.

On the positive, pt 2009 is working, I'm getting used to it and I like it so far.

I'm very glad to hear! In the mean time, four more Private Messages received & handled. Gladly the problem doesn't seem to affect many users.

i bought platinum yesterday, payment came stright out havnt received anything not even an email. i contacted live chat who advises me to wait 'sometime' have no idea what this means.

i wrote a complaint on the email form which keeps telling me only to write in english or finnish? i only know english.

im well impressed i can tell you!

ok, coming up 24 hours and not even an email, gave up on 4 attempt at raising a ticket, longer subject, valid email address, only english or finn.

i really don't think there's anything suspect going on here.

i just think someone doesnt have the faintest idea what they're doing, reading threads this has been going on for months. and they email me a few days ago. don't! you will get more money short term, you got mine.

but the programs un-installed and i certainly wont be speaking very highly of it, trust me on that.

All you have to do is send me a Private Message, like I already said (see above). I can either cancel your order and issue a refund, or give you a working license.
