What I understood, JKDefrag is a freeware utility that is nowdays called MyDefrag. And now comes with a GUI: http://www.mydefrag.com/
One thing to watch if you want to give MyDefrag a try (I've installed it, but haven't yet tried it except to see if there were any setup options, which I couldn't find). I've got FreeDownloadManager, and the "Download" button at mydefrag.com links to an address ".... .php?file=....". For whatever reason, FDM truncated everything after "php", so that's what got downloaded. And of course my system went crazy trying to figure out what to do with that php file.
When I finally gave up and tried again from scratch, I simply hit FDM's "cancel" option to let Firefox's downloader handle it, and that worked just fine. Don't know if other download managers would have the same problem.
