That wouldn't help. The server sends the emails, if someone has blacklisted the server's IP there is not much we can do, maybe start to use another server in the future.

I am also of the opinion that JV16 Power Tools should not include a disk defragmenter, except with the possibity of a good Boot Time Defragmenter as it would compliment the many freeware defragmenters out there that are in need of such a feature. Simply adding a disk defragmenter for the sake of having more features would not be a good idea because it would make the program more bloated. And if a quality defragmenter were added it would take a fair amount of time and effort as well as added maintenace to add this feature and this could detract from the effort of improving and maintaining an already excellent product.

Right now JV16 Power Tools and PerfectDisk 11 Professional are my top two choices for retail PC Tune Up. So unless JV16 could add a disk defragmenter that equals or rivals that of PerfectDisk I'm not really interested in having a defragmenter added to JV16 Power Tools.

What I understood, JKDefrag is a freeware utility that is nowdays called MyDefrag. And now comes with a GUI: http://www.mydefrag.com/

One thing to watch if you want to give MyDefrag a try (I've installed it, but haven't yet tried it except to see if there were any setup options, which I couldn't find). I've got FreeDownloadManager, and the "Download" button at mydefrag.com links to an address ".... .php?file=....". For whatever reason, FDM truncated everything after "php", so that's what got downloaded. And of course my system went crazy trying to figure out what to do with that php file.

When I finally gave up and tried again from scratch, I simply hit FDM's "cancel" option to let Firefox's downloader handle it, and that worked just fine. Don't know if other download managers would have the same problem.
